Overview
This Refund Policy applies to DoreArt AI subscription charges and one-time credit-pack purchases. It should be read together with the Terms of Service. It does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Standard Refund Eligibility
Unless mandatory law requires a different result, a purchase may qualify for a full refund only when both conditions are met:
- Time limit: You contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of the specific charge or purchase; and
- Usage limit: Less than 5% of the credits granted by that specific transaction have been consumed by generation or another paid feature.
For a subscription, each renewal is evaluated against the charge and credits associated with that renewal. A request for one charge does not automatically refund earlier charges or cancel a subscription.
When a Refund May Be Denied
Subject to mandatory law, we may deny a request when:
- it is outside the 72-hour request window;
- 5% or more of the transaction's credits have been consumed;
- the request concerns a different transaction than the one identified in the request;
- the account or transaction shows fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or other misuse; or
- the request is not supported by enough information to verify the account or transaction.
We do not deny a refund merely because you exercise a lawful right to contact your bank, card issuer, payment provider, regulator, or court. A payment dispute may cause the related credits or download entitlements to be temporarily restricted or recovered while the dispute is reviewed.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Some jurisdictions provide mandatory cancellation or refund rights for online services, digital content, recurring subscriptions, or charges that were not properly authorized or disclosed. Those rights prevail over this policy. Where a law permits a digital service to begin immediately after a consumer's express request and affects a withdrawal right, the applicable checkout disclosures and consent records govern.
Effect of an Approved Refund
After approving a refund, we may revoke unused credits and related download entitlements issued for the refunded transaction. A refund does not transfer ownership of third-party material, clear rights in uploaded content, or guarantee that copies held by a payment, AI, storage, or other provider have been deleted.
Refunds normally return to the original payment method. We will generally submit an approved refund within 5–10 business days, but the final posting time depends on the payment provider and your bank. The original provider may apply its own processing rules or fees where permitted by law.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@doreartai.com from your account email and include:
- your account email;
- the order or transaction ID;
- the product or subscription name;
- the charge date and amount; and
- a brief explanation of the request.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Subscription Cancellation
Refunds and cancellation are separate. Canceling a subscription normally stops future renewals but does not itself refund the current billing period. Use the billing area or the payment provider's cancellation mechanism when available. If the service does not provide a working cancellation path, contact support immediately.
Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when pricing, providers, or applicable law changes. The updated version will show a new last-updated date. Questions about refunds should be sent to support@doreartai.com.
