Terms of Service

The terms and conditions for accessing and using DoreArt AI.

Last updated: 2026-07-19

1. Agreement and Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DoreArt AI ("DoreArt AI," "we," "our," or "us"). DoreArt AI provides browser-based AI music tools, including text-to-music workflows, song extension, audio mashup, previews, generated-asset history, and downloads. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a plan. You may not use the service where prohibited by law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may support email/password authentication and third-party sign-in such as Google or GitHub. Third-party sign-in is also subject to the provider's terms. We may require email verification or other security checks before allowing certain actions.

3. Service Changes and Availability

AI results, model availability, processing times, limits, supported formats, storage, and download formats may change. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, models, plans, or providers. We do not guarantee that the service or any model will be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or file.

The service depends on third-party hosting, storage, payment, email, authentication, analytics, and AI providers. Their outages, policy changes, delays, rate limits, or errors may affect the service. We will use reasonable efforts to restore material service issues but do not guarantee a particular uptime or generation result.

4. User Content and Permissions

You retain the rights you already have in prompts, lyrics, recordings, images, videos, voices, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant DoreArt AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, format, cache, process, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, provide support for, and improve the service you request.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own User Content or have every permission, license, consent, and release needed to upload it, have it processed by our providers, and use the resulting output;
  • your User Content and use of the service do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade-secret, contract, or other rights;
  • you will not upload confidential or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized and the service is appropriate for it; and
  • you will comply with applicable laws, third-party terms, and the rights of collaborators, clients, performers, and licensors.

We do not claim ownership of User Content. We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or a third-party provider's requirements.

5. Generated Outputs and Usage Rights

Generated audio, images, metadata, and other results ("Outputs") are probabilistic and may resemble material created for other users. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique, non-infringing, accurate, suitable for release, or eligible for copyright protection.

Your right to download, publish, monetize, or use an Output depends on the plan or credit pack used to generate it, the displayed pricing and entitlement details, applicable law, and the rights in your User Content. Current plan terms may include attribution-required commercial use for Basic and broader commercial rights for Pro or Premier. A commercial right included with a plan does not clear third-party rights in your uploads, lyrics, samples, recordings, voices, or similar material.

You must review Outputs before publishing or commercial use. You are responsible for obtaining any additional licenses, releases, clearances, attributions, or platform permissions that your use requires.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • violate any law, court order, sanctions program, or third-party terms;
  • infringe, misappropriate, or violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • upload or generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, threatening, or intended to facilitate violence or wrongdoing;
  • impersonate a person or create deceptive voice, likeness, or other media without the necessary authorization;
  • upload malware or attempt to probe, disrupt, bypass limits, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's data;
  • evade payment, credit, plan, download, or rate limits, or resell access without written permission; or
  • use the service to process sensitive or confidential data in a way that creates unreasonable risk.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel pending work, or withhold affected entitlements where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third-party rights. Any refund remains subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

7. Plans, Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Prices, taxes, currency, credits, billing intervals, plan features, download formats, and commercial-use rights are shown at checkout or on the current pricing page. Taxes or fees may be added where required. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. You can request cancellation from the billing area when supported by the payment provider. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and leaves access available until the current period ends; it does not automatically create a refund for the current period. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.

One-time credit packs are not subscriptions. Subscription credits refresh by billing cycle and generally do not roll over. One-time pack credits are advertised as non-expiring, subject to account closure, refund, fraud, dispute, or Terms violations. Credits are usage rights, not money, stored value, or a transferable asset, and may not be sold or transferred.

We may correct obvious pricing, display, or processing errors. If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or found to be unauthorized, we may revoke the associated unused credits and related download entitlements to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a lawful right to contact a payment provider, card issuer, regulator, or court.

8. Intellectual-Property Complaints

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact support@doreartai.com with the work or right at issue, the location or task identifier, your contact information, a good-faith explanation, and any information needed to evaluate the request. We may remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing it.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or a security risk. On termination, your right to access the service and use unconsumed credits may end, subject to mandatory law and any rights stated at checkout. Provisions concerning payment, User Content, Outputs, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued rights survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AND THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE UNIQUE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE. YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR OWN COPIES OF IMPORTANT INPUTS AND OUTPUTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOREART AI AND ITS PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR 100 U.S. DOLLARS. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Applicable Law and Mandatory Rights

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of DoreArt AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over that operator will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum or remedy. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer, privacy, payment, or other legal rights.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms when the service, plans, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and change the last-updated date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms should be sent to support@doreartai.com.
